Fleur Spolidor's acrylic paintings reflect her thoughts about femininity and history. Her research into the real events she portrays leads her to give special attention to detail. She plays with colors, patterns and mythology to support the psychology of her fantastical scenes. Fleur Spolidor's work will be on exhibited in the San Mateo Public Library First Floor Gallery from May 1, 2013 through June 13, 2013.
