Status: |
The SPAR 2 Planning Application was approved by the Planning Commission on October 14, 2008. Demolition of the race track facility is complete with site development (grading, site preparation, roadway, and utility infrastructure) underway and scheduled to occur throughout all of 2009. Building permits for building construction on the private blocks are not anticipated to be submitted until late 2009 at the earliest.
