The City Clerk’s Office is responsible for ensuring local government transparency. We administer democratic processes by conducting City elections
, City Council meetings
, and, preserving and providing access to the City’s public records and archives. We also oversee the City’s Boards and Commissions
. Our office arranges for ceremonial and official functions, oversees the Sister City partnerships
, and the City’s support for the 101st Airborne Troop
“Screaming Eagles.” The City Clerk is appointed by the City Manager.
